  • North on the Niagara Parkway towards Niagara on the Lake (Niagara river on right hand side)
  • Continue past the Aero Car, the Niagara Glen, the Jet Boat Info Centre, the Butterfly Conservatory, the Floral Clock, Sir Adam Beck power station, and down the hill at Queenston Heights.
  • Drive another 10-15 minutes past the McFarland House (on right), look for the landmark "Kurtz Orchard"(on left). (Note: This is a great place to consider for lunch)
  • First right after Kurtz Orchards (towards river) to Melville Street (First stop sign)
  • Turn right on Melville Street and our building is 100 yards on the left.
If you miss the right turn just after Kurtz Orchard
  • Continue past Fort George and into the old town Niagara-on-the-Lake.
  • At the second four way stop you will see the clock tower in the middle of the street. (King Street)-turn right
  • Follow around the bend (changed to Delater Street)
  • Continue along Delater to the stop sign at Melville Street. We are the big blue and white building on the left hand side.

  • Take the Q.E.W highway towards Hamilton and then Niagara.
  • Continue through St Catharines and over the Skyway bridge.
  • Take the second exit (38B) and veer right and back over top the highway.
  • Turn left at the second traffic lights and follow the road back underneath the skyway bridge.
  • Turn right onto HWY 55 towards Niagara on the Lake.
  • Continue down HWY 55 through the town of Virgil.
  • Turn right on East West Line (McDonald's Restaurant on the corner)
  • Follow to the end of the road and make a left hand turn onto the Niagara Parkway (also called River Road) in Niagara On the Lake.
  • On the corner as a landmark is a place called "Kurtz Orchard". (Note: This is a great place to consider for lunch)
  • Take your first right and continue (towards river) to the first stop sign at Melville St.
  • Turn right on Melville Street and our building is 100 yards on the left.

Clients departing from this location should access via the Niagara Parks People Mover OR taxi cab from Niagara Falls. If driving to the location is unavoidable please leave plenty of time to find alternative arrangements if there are no spaces available on site. We cannot reserve spaces for our guests. The Whirlpool Jet Ticket and Info Centre at Feather in the Niagara Glen is located on the Niagara Parkway (River Road - the road right beside the Niagara River) between the Whirlpool Aero Car/Whirlpool Golf Course and the Butterfly Conservatory.

From Toronto:
  • From Toronto take the QEW south to Niagara. After the Skyway in St. Catharines take the 405 cutoff.
  • Exit at Stanley Ave. exit.
  • Turn left onto Stanley Ave. Follow this road until you reach the intersection (Traffic Circle) at Queenston Heights (take first right).
  • Feather in the Glen is located three minutes on your left hand side just after the Butterfly Conservatory. Best option is to park at Queenston Heights Park (at the Traffic Circle) and take the People Mover Service to the Feather in the Niagara Glen.

From Buffalo/Niagara Falls, NY:
  • Take the interstate I-190 north toward Lewiston (follow Canada signs)
  • Take the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge to Canada.
  • Must pass Canada Customs and pay toll
  • Exit at Stanley Ave. Turn right then right onto Stanley Ave. Follow this road until you reach Whirlpool Road
  • Turn left on Whirlpool Road and follow to Niagara Parkway
  • Turn left on Niagara Parkway
  • Feather in the Niagara Glen is located one minute on your right hand side just after the golf course.
From: Niagara Falls, Ontario
  • From the Falls area in Niagara Falls follow the Niagara Parkway north.
  • Pass under the Rainbow Bridge, pass the Whirlpool Bridge, pass the White Water Walk, the Whirlpool, The Whirlpool Aero Car
  • The ticket and info centre is located on the right hand side.
  • If you reach the Butterfly Conservatory when travelling from the Falls area you have gone too far.
  • Note: There is very little to no parking available at Feather in the Niagara Glen. We encourage all guests to reach our departure location via the People Mover Service operated by the Niagara Parks Commission. Exit a stop #10 - Niagara Glen. This stop is 8 km from the Falls.

  • Take the Robert Moses Parkway North (Niagara River on left)
  • Exit at the "Lewiston/ARTPARK" exit and veer towards the right. You are now on Centre St and driving through the town of Lewiston.
  • Continue into the downtown area towards the waterfront. The Water Street Landing is at the end of Centre street along the bank of the Niagara River. 115 South Water St.

  • From Buffalo NY take interstate I- I90N to exit 25A.
  • Once off the highway take a left onto Military road.
  • Follow to golf course where you take a right on to Lewiston Rd (104N)
  • Exit at the "Lewiston/ARTPARK" exit and veer towards the right. You are now on Centre St and driving through the town of Lewiston.
  • Continue into the downtown area towards the waterfront. The Water Street Landing is at the end of Centre st along the bank of the Niagara River. 115 South Water St.

  • Merge onto the I-490W/ New York State Thruway W toward Buffalo to the I-90W
  • Merge onto the I-290W/Youngmann EXPY via Exit 50 toward Niagara Falls to the I-190
  • Merge onto the I-190N towards Niagara Falls
  • Exit RT-265, Exit 25A toward Lewiston
  • Turn left on Military Road/NY-265
  • Turn right on Lewiston Road/NY-104
  • Take the RT-104W/RT-18f N ramp
  • Turn slight right onto NY-104/NY-18F/Center St./Ridge RD/CR-907
  • Continue to follow Center St.
  • Turn left onto S Water St.
