Groups Groups Love to Jet Boat

Are you planning a group trip to Niagara? Be sure to include Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours...the itinerary maker. Whether you are entertaining your out-of-town guests, hosting a family reunion, conducting a business meeting within Niagara, or planning a school trip, Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours is extremely group friendly. In fact, our group rates start at just10 passengers and it’s not uncommon for us to host groups in excess of 250.

Corporate:

After conducting your meetings in stuffy boardrooms where the only electricity used is for your computer presentation... indulge your staff, guests, and co-workers with nature’s beauty within the Niagara Gorge on the majestic Niagara River. Experience firsthand the best water break you could ever imagine. You’ll travel the historic forts & battle sites of the War of 1812... travel under the Queenston/Lewiston Bridge where Niagara Falls was formed only 12,000 years ago. Witness the man-made marvels of Niagara... the incredible hydro-electric generating station of Sir Adam Beck I & II (Canadian side) as well as the Robert Moses Power Plants (US side). Once upstream of the power plants you’re only moments away from the Class 5 white-water of the Devil’s Hole Rapids and ultimately the Whirlpool. WJBT is great for incentive, team building and plain and simple unadulterated fun.

Family Reunions, Weddings parties of all kinds, or Out of Town Guests:

If you are from around these parts, you know Niagara has a lot to offer in the way of sightseeing opportunities...but not all can deliver the one of a kind experience like WJBT. One minute your sitting in a boat as it speeds up river, and the next you’re sitting in a boat drenched from the river. Feel the rush of adrenaline as the jetboat completes its famous 360 degree turn more commonly referred to as our “Hamilton Turn”.

School Groups and Educational Program Offerings:

We offer two different complimentary educational programs suitable for Grades 6-12 with a paid reservation on Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours.

  • Niagara's Raging Rapids. Once enrolled in this program, teachers are provided with student workbooks and a Discovery Channel video (which was actually filmed using our unique Jet Boats) prior to the trip. Students are then able to identify the geographical and historical significance of Niagara Falls and its river prior to embarking on their trip and apply that learning first hand.
  • Business Education Program (BEP). Students will learn about entrepreneurship, the challenges of capitalizing a business, opportunities created through post-secondary education, personal growth & development created by having passion for your business ideas, and other issues relevant to school age persons entering the business world. Special pricing is available during the spring and fall season.

The BEP programs are coordinated on specific days during our season April/May/June and September/October. Due to high interest levels for this program we have limited our presentations to specific days. Lewiston, NY programs are run on consecutive Thursdays during the spring and fall whereas Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON programs are run on consecutive Fridays during the spring and fall.

NOTE: We have a capacity in the number of students we can accommodate for this program. Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment. Subject Areas: Business, History, Geography, Social Studies, Tourism
